Nestled between three major freeways 10 miles north of
Downtown San Diego, in a coastal area intersected by three major
freeways, the 5, 805 and 52 freeways. Even though the Golden
Triangle is bounded by these freeways, many communities and
businesses in bordering areas consider themselves to be a part of the
wonderful triangle.

The Golden Triangle / UTC is one of the fastest growing
commercial, technical and residential communities in the country. Home
buyers can find many wonderful UTC Condos to live in and can also enjoy
the amenities that a UTC condo affords its' homeowners. UTC is
an established residential community upon which a bold configuration of
office buildings, hotels, shopping malls, restaurants, and more have
been built. With these first class restaurants,
hotels, shops amid top businesses and professionals, the Golden Triangle
has set the stage for becoming one of the most prosperous business
communities in Southern California. It is home to many high profile
biotech, technical, financial, educational and commercial companies and
organizations which cater to a large number of affluent individuals and
professionals.
The Golden Triangle continues to attract people desiring
the convenience and natural beauty of the area. The first major
commercial construction occurred here with Ernest W. Hahn's University
Towne Centre, west of Mira Mesa, opening in 1977. It was the major
catalyst in the development of the Golden Triangle. UTC has become a
virtual hub of activity in the Golden Triangle area. Since then the
Golden Triangle has experienced dynamic growth.
The Golden Triangle has everything necessary to meet
your needs. Whether you live, work, shop, or play here, you will find
this is the perfect place. Without a doubt, the Golden Triangle will
significantly impact San Diego's economic growth into the next
century.
